Job Summary: Experienced Warehouse Associate skilled in inventory management, loading/unloading, and cold storage operations to support warehouse activities, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and service. Conduct physical inventories (daily, monthly, annual) A leading food industry company is expanding and seeking: Warehouse Associate Requirements Work Location: Carretera Monterrey\-Nuevo Laredo Km 27\.5 S/N C.P. 65550 Ciénega de Flores, N.L. Education: Completed elementary and/or junior high school. Experience: Minimum 6 months in similar positions. Inventory management, loading/unloading of products. Experience in cold storage. Work Schedule: Availability for shift rotation (day, afternoon, night). Day Off: Sunday. Job Objective Support warehouse operations for the Cold Room Coordinator, Dispatcher, Supervisor, or special tasks such as rearranging, organizing, cleaning, etc., aligned with highly specific operational goals, as well as delivering appropriate service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities * Conduct inspections within assigned cold room to identify and resolve issues related to organization and cleanliness. * Replenish and fulfill orders according to PCPS (First Expiry, First Out) or FEFO principles. * Ensure accurate product identification on labels and proper condition of pallets. * Ensure correct product rotation per FEFO system (First Expiry, First Out). * Perform and compile daily, monthly, and annual physical inventories. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) inside cold rooms. * Ensure accurate order picking and replenishment within the cold room. * Maintain hygiene standards within cold rooms. * Properly wrap and label inbound/outbound pallets, and ensure correct stacking of products. * Adhere to scheduled cleaning procedures (POES).
