(On-site) **Employment Type:** Full-time. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. About the PositionDo you have experience monitoring transportation units and managing operational documents? We are looking for our next **Administrative Assistant**, a key team member responsible for coordinating our daily services, ensuring drivers carry correct documentation, and guaranteeing environmental regulatory compliance for AAA clients. What will be your main responsibilities? * **Monitoring and Logistics:** Track units via GPS, validate timing using real-time geofences, and resolve incidents with operators on route. * **Manifest Management:** Capture, review, and scan physical waste collection manifests against our internal system (RRG). * **Customer Service:** Provide support to major brands (clients such as Farmacias Guadalajara, First Cash, and RAC) and deliver supporting documentation at month-end. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Update logs and generate specific reports requested by **SEMADET**. * **Administration:** Generate purchase orders for the operations department and reconcile freight weighing tickets. What profile are we looking for? * **Age:** Minimum 30 years old. * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–3 verifiable years in traffic control, unit dispatch, or transportation administration roles. * **Essential Knowledge:** * Proficiency in satellite tracking platforms (GPS). * Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel for controls and reporting). * Familiarity with waste manifests and SEMADET regulations (a significant advantage if already experienced!). * **Skills:** Excellent attention to detail, assertive communication skills for interacting with drivers, and ability to solve problems under pressure.
