Real-time resolution of operational incidents Logistics Team Lead **Department:** Logistics / Operations **Reports to:** Operations Manager **Location:** Lerma **What will be your mission?** As the **Logistics Team Lead**, you will be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, guide, and motivate the field operations team to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality service delivery. You will coordinate execution of the logistics cycle, resolve problems in real time, and ensure business objectives are met. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of logistics personnel (drivers, operators, etc.), managing their performance, attendance, and daily motivation. * **Operations Coordination:** Direct and monitor daily vehicle movement between reconditioning centers and sales points, ensuring adherence to routes and timelines. * **IT System Tracking:** Use logistics software and databases to record movements, evaluate team performance, and control daily transportation costs. * **Incident Resolution:** Serve as the first point of contact for immediate resolution of operational issues (delays, cancellations, mechanical failures). * **Vendor Communication:** Maintain smooth communication with transportation and service providers, reporting and escalating any anomalies. * **Process Compliance:** Ensure your team understands and adheres to company policies on safety, efficiency, and sustainability. * **Onboarding and Training:** Actively participate in training and development of new logistics team members. **What are we looking for in you?
