What you'll do * Program, develop, and design web\-based surveys from client questionnaires. * Interpret, review, and build logical syntax across multiple platforms, ensuring clean and accurate survey logic. * QA test all survey instruments and deliverables to guarantee error\-free, client\-ready output. * Follow rigorous data quality procedures to ensure datasets are clean, accurate, and deficiency\-free. * Create and manage quality processes for data processing services including coding, tabulations, charting, and translations. * Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and clients on a project\-by\-project basis. * Apply creative problem\-solving to complete jobs on time and to the highest quality standard. * Proactively identify and resolve project issues to ensure accurate, timely data delivery. * Actively pursue knowledge of survey research industry trends and relevant software. What we're looking for * **Forsta/Decipher proficiency is mandatory** — you must have direct, hands\-on survey programming experience. * Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and the ability to manage each component independently. * Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for working across internal and client\-facing teams. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality. * Curiosity and drive to continuously improve processes and stay current on industry developments.
