Career growth and continuous training within the group ### **Delinquent Collections Officer** Neza **$2500 \+ Weekly bonuses!** **Job Objective:** As a Motorcycle Collections Officer, you will cover absences of permanent officers, responsible for visiting clients during their first weeks of delay or with significant arrears, and generating payment plans that help them get current on their payments. **Main Responsibilities:** Visit clients in cases of vacation, disability, or low performance by permanent officers. Understand client needs to provide the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts up-to-date. Confirm and update information during each client visit or contact. Provide service with respect and courtesy to our clients. Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** Completed high school education. Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales. Motorcycle operation skills. Valid motorcycle driver’s license. Proficiency in using mobile devices. Goal- and target-oriented.
