This position is ideal for committed, results-oriented individuals who enjoy fieldwork. **Job Objective** We seek a Field Collection Agent with extensive experience in customer service and account recovery. The primary objective is to conduct field visits to negotiate payment agreements, follow up with delinquent customers, and ensure compliance with established agreements. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct home visits to customers with outstanding debts. * Negotiate payment plans and agreements. * Collect and validate customer information. * Prepare visit reports. * Receive payments and perform bank deposits. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or incomplete degree in Commercial Law * Minimum experience: 2 years in field collection, account recovery, or customer service * Ability to drive a standard vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license * Familiarity with the Chihuahua region * Proficiency in Office and administrative software (minimum 60%). **Key Skills:** * Effective negotiation * Conflict resolution * Goal-oriented work * Organization and follow-up **Compensation and Benefits:** * 100% IMSS and INFONAVIT coverage * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Gross monthly salary: $11,200 * Monthly commissions (Approximate ranges): $9,000 \- $13,000 * Year-end bonus (15 days) * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Internal loans * Tools and work equipment provided by the company **Important:** * Willingness to travel frequently **Do you meet the profile?** **Apply through this channel or send your updated CV with contact details.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $11,200\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
