Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Collections Agent to conduct collections, complete forms, and negotiate payment alternatives with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Familiarity with the García area Totalplay is a Mexican company part of Grupo Salinas, a leader in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry, committed to labor equality and non-discrimination; we invite you to join us as: **FIELD COLLECTIONS AGENT** **Responsibilities** * Conduct field collections for assigned accounts * Complete physical or electronic forms in the collections system documenting results of collection efforts * Negotiate with customers by offering payment alternatives **Position Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Motorcycle driving experience (Class M license) * Service-oriented attitude and negotiation skills * Familiarity with the García area **Compensation Package** * Base gross salary (paid biweekly) * Bonus per recovered account * Performance bonus * Statutory benefits (15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, and vacation days as per the Federal Labor Law) * Grupo Salinas employee benefits **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (one rotating day off)
