Job Summary: We are seeking a field collection officer to conduct home visits, update records, and persuade taxpayers to settle outstanding dues, meeting daily targets. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork involving mobile applications and map navigation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct home visits and record activities using a mobile application. * Update taxpayer and property records with photographic evidence. * Inform and persuade taxpayers to settle outstanding dues. * Plan daily routes and meet activity targets. * Participate in enforcement operations and regularization campaigns. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree. * Personal motorcycle. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Minimum 1 year of experience in door-to-door collections, census work, or surveys. * Proficiency in mobile applications and map navigation. * Strong communication skills and citizen-oriented interpersonal manner. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Transportation/maintenance allowance. * Training. * Professional growth opportunities.
