Motorcycle operation and knowledge of telecommunications equipment A prominent telecommunications company is seeking a **FIELD COLLECTIONS AGENT**, with familiarity with the metropolitan area and flexible availability. Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas. Vacancies: 2 Age: 25 to 45 years **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct home visits to recover overdue payments and/or **recover installed equipment**, such as ONUs, routers, decoders, etc. * Negotiate payment agreements with delinquent customers and document evidence of delivery or recovery. * Record information from each collection activity on physical or digital forms and submit daily visit status reports. * Provide respectful and empathetic service, always aiming to **retain the customer or facilitate reconnection.** * Coordinate with the operations team for delivery of recovered equipment and route follow-up. * Comply with safety guidelines, institutional image standards, and information confidentiality requirements. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Field collections experience**, or similar roles involving direct customer interaction and debt recovery. * **Valid motorcycle driver's license** and responsible motorcycle operation (work unit provided). * **Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment** (modems, routers, decoders) to assist in identification and recovery. * **Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.** * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Preferred: Basic familiarity with local routes within the coverage area (Tampico, Madero, Altamira). **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Articulate communication * Customer service orientation * Numerical aptitude * Responsibility * Honesty Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,328\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Relocation/moving capability: * Tampico, Tamps.: Able to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Application Question(s): * Do you have letters of professional recommendation? * Do you hold a valid driver's license and are you able to operate a motorcycle and/or standard vehicle?
