Your responsibilities include supervising assigned portfolio and collection activities in the field for collectors and supervisors, reporting on targets, conducting interviews for new team members, and frequently traveling both within and outside the state to perform on-site supervisory duties. * The following is offered: * Base salary of $25,000 NET per month. * Productivity bonus * Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of the base salary. * Christmas bonus and vacation bonus.
