Job Summary: We are seeking a Non-Judicial Collection Officer to recover credit via in-home collection, following established nationwide routes. Key Highlights: 1. A financial institution with nationwide physical presence is seeking: "NON-JUDICIAL COLLECTION OFFICER" Your responsibilities include credit recovery through in-home collection, following established routes to visit customers' residences and ensure payment. Routes will cover the entire country, requiring consistent travel for 1 to 3 months across different states. **The following is offered:** \+Net base salary \+Food vouchers amounting to 7% of the salary value. \+Uncapped commissions. \+Guaranteed bonus equal to one month's salary in the first month. \+VEHICLE MANDATORY \+Christmas Bonus and Vacation Bonus. **Requirements:** Experience in non-judicial collection, personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc. Willingness to travel. Motorcycle operation mandatory, along with a valid driver's license.
