**WE OFFER**: · Monthly gross base salary of $8,364 · Excellent commission scheme. · Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. · Two-month probation period, followed by an indefinite-term employment contract. · Statutory benefits. · Excellent working environment. · Company-provided smartphone and motorcycle (including fuel and maintenance). **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in collections and fieldwork. · Negotiation and effective communication skills. · Valid motorcycle driver’s license is mandatory. · Proficiency in basic mobile phone functions. · Ability to use GPS and geolocation applications. · Familiarity with main city zones and routes of Mérida, as well as major municipalities. · Willingness to travel within the State of Yucatán. · Minimum education: Upper secondary education\-General High School Diploma. · Age: 28\-50 · Criminal background check certificate and anti-doping test required prior to hiring. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Delivery of products to customers. · Processing bank deposits/checks. · Delivery and collection of legal documents at institutions such as the Public Registry, SAT (Tax Administration Service), banks, courts, notaries, customers, among others. · Follow-up on external official and administrative procedures. · Conducting domestic collection on assigned accounts, completing physical and/or digital visit forms, and reporting outcomes of collection activities. · Meeting daily established home-visit quotas, as well as productivity targets. · Negotiating with customers by offering payment alternatives and possible options to regularize their credit. · Exploring alternative scheduling and methods to locate customers, family members, or third parties to achieve successful visits. · Verifying and obtaining contact information to reach customers.
