Position Summary: We are seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts through direct field operations and achievement of recovery targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Overdue account recovery through in-person collections 2. Negotiation and closure of payment commitments 3. Territory management and monitoring **FIELD COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT** At Exitus Credit, we seek Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts within assigned territories through direct field operations and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities** * Overdue account recovery through in-person collections * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Territory management and monitoring We Offer * Base salary of $10,000 NET per month * Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (no cap) * Christmas bonus: 15 days' salary * 12 vacation days * Vacation premium of 25% * Statutory benefits **Requirements** * Minimum education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver's license * Availability for frequent travel * Ability to handle pressure and rejection * Strong negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset with administrative control capability * Willingness to work in the field Interested?
