Responsible for validating customer data for credit applications 2. Creating payment plans for customers with overdue accounts 3. Building long-term relationships with customers Banco Azteca Ciudad Hidalgo is hiring IN-HOME COLLECTION AGENTS Requirements: * Valid motorcycle driver's license * Ability to operate a standard motorcycle * Completed secondary education * Flexible availability * Strong verbal communication skills * Experience in customer service or sales of any kind Responsibilities: As an in-home Collection Agent, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, creating payment plans for customers in their initial weeks of delinquency, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
