Project Area Supervisor **Title:** Project Area Supervisor – Engineer or Architect **Salary:** $15,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month (Base + Bonuses) **Description:** At **SBD ROOMBI**, we are seeking an Engineer or Architect with a commercial and leadership profile to coordinate the sales team, optimize quotations, and supervise project execution. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering or Architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, and Excel. * Basic knowledge of: cost estimation, surveying, soil mechanics, and structural reports. * Experience in budgeting, quotations, or sales. **We offer:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 6:00 pm) and Saturday (8:00 am – 1:00 pm). * **Base Salary:** $15,000.00 gross monthly. * **Monthly Bonuses:** From $5,000.00 up to $15,000.00 extra, depending on the team’s project volume.
