Job Description and Responsibilities Senior Project Engineer with solid experience in managing, planning, and executing industrial and manufacturing projects, focused on achieving strategic objectives, optimizing resources, and continuous improvement. Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with suppliers, and manage projects from the conceptual stage through implementation and closure. Experience in budget control, scheduling, KPI monitoring, risk analysis, and process improvement, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Ability to work under pressure, make strategic decisions, and maintain effective communication with domestic and international clients. Experience and Requirements * 2 \- 5 years of experience. * Advanced English proficiency * Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Budget, cost, and resource management. * Planning and tracking of schedules. * Implementation of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing. * KPI management and performance analysis. * Problem solving and decision making. * Effective communication with clients and suppliers. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Willingness to travel and work based on objectives.
