We are seeking personnel to join as: QUALITY MANAGER This position will be responsible for guaranteeing, ensuring compliance with the management system within the Organization by promoting, developing and implementing continuous process improvement. · WHAT WE OFFER: * Base salary: $17,000 \- $18,000 gross monthly * Direct hiring by the company * 100% IMSS registration * Statutory benefits * Transportation assistance * Subsidized cafeteria * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate programs for activities in the Quality, Quality Control and Validation departments, formally fulfilling these activities so as not to affect business objectives. * Provide support to Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Validation departments to ensure any issues are resolved through a collaborative approach and that objectives are met according to Sanitary Regulations. * Develop initiatives and implement them to achieve the objectives of the Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Validation departments. * Manage assigned personnel * Timely follow-up on staff qualification within their respective areas according to clause 7\.1\.2 of the Mexican Official Standard NOM\-059\-SSA1\-2015 Good Manufacturing Practices for Medicines Requirements: * Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biotechnological Engineering, Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Chemical Engineering or related field (degree and professional license required). * Experience in pharma * Knowledge of current versions of NOM\-072, NOM\-073, NOM\-137, NOM\-164, NOM\-220, NOM\-177, NOM\-122, NOM\-251 and NOM\-259 * Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Documentation Practices. * International Health Regulations\-FDA * Experience in pharma or food industry.
