I am looking for a person capable of **elevating the quality of complex digital platforms**, leading with technical judgment, and becoming a key liaison among engineering, business, and stakeholders. This role is for a professional who understands that quality does not begin at the end of development: it is built from requirements analysis, automation strategy, technical coverage, agile collaboration, and continuous value delivery. We seek a **Quality Engineering Manager** with solid experience in: \+8 years in Testing / Quality Engineering \+6 years in automation with **Selenium WebDriver** \+6 years working with **Java and object-oriented programming** Domain experience in **Digital Commerce** Mandatory experience with **Playwright** API testing using tools such as **SoapUI, ReadyAPI, RestAssured, or Postman** Database management including **MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server** Intermediate-to-advanced English Agile methodology experience: Scrum, Kanban, or XP **The Challenge** You will be responsible for participating across various stages of the Software Testing Life Cycle—from requirements understanding through implementation, transition, and warranty.
