Grupo Cantera is seeking a committed and proactive Procurement Supervisor to join our team and lead procurement and supplier management processes in the restaurant and food & beverage sectors. If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, and have at least two years of experience in procurement, supply, or supplier management, this opportunity is for you. We value proven experience in negotiating prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions, as well as hands-on experience with ERP systems such as CONTPAQi, Odoo, or SAP, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills for cost analysis and control. Additionally, you must possess knowledge of CFDI validation and product catalog administration. Your role will be critical in ensuring optimal supply by coordinating quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries, as well as evaluating supplier performance to maintain high standards of quality and service. You will have the opportunity to implement strategies that drive significant cost savings and improve efficiency across the entire supply chain. We seek someone skilled in effective negotiation, capable of organizing complex processes, and maintaining clear, assertive communication with all stakeholders. Proactivity and analytical thinking will be essential to continuously identify improvement opportunities. We offer an on-site work environment, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a competitive monthly salary ranging from $15,000 to $18,000, plus statutory benefits.
