**RH HUNTING is seeking a Project Coordinator in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***A company specializing in surface finishing applications is looking for a PROJECT COORDINATOR for application and finishing!*** **WORK LOCATION:** Mérida, Yucatán. **MODALITY:** On-site, with constant travel to other countries required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (incomplete degrees accepted). * **Valid visa and passport.** * Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating multiple construction projects and operational follow-up. * **Conversational English (intermediate\-advanced).** * Proficiency in ERP systems and digital tools. * Experience in cost estimation, budget preparation, performance analysis, and margin control. * Experience calculating areas and material quantities, construction planning, and operational logistics coordination. * Willingness to travel frequently (Belize, Aruba, Curaçao, and USA). * Valid driver’s license. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring correct application of the Chukum System. * Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with technical standards and delivery timelines. * Budgeting and costing (prepare quotations, review profitability, control operational costs and margins). * Logistics: coordinate flights, accommodation, materials, work crews, and manage per diems and budgets. * Lead and supervise teams to evaluate performance and meet delivery deadlines. * Develop and standardize operational processes by creating manuals, systematizing operations, and building replicable structures to support project growth. * Client service to provide quality follow-up on projects. * Represent the brand in international projects. **OFFER:** * Base salary of $20,000 to $25,000 net monthly, paid weekly (negotiable based on experience). * Statutory benefits (from day one). * Bonuses of 3% to 5% based on project profitability. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Per diem payments (for national and international travel). * Company vehicle. * Training and onboarding. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Availability and schedule flexibility for operational support and follow-up. **Desired education level:** Higher education \- completed degree **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a10e4aa4b000041008c1a7b\&source\=indeed*
