Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role:** Supervises, schedules, coordinates, and controls production programs; reviews and manages production process efficiency and quality. **What You'll Do:** * Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) according to demand, customer orders, and business priorities. * Sequence production orders considering plant capacity, material availability, changeover times (setups), and operational constraints. * Direct production programs; review production staff workflow, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine failures, product quality, etc., to ensure operational excellence. * Analyze and resolve production scheduling issues such as bottlenecks, installed capacity, and efficiency, recommending process improvements to optimize planning. * Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) goals are met and minimize delays and obsolete inventory. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as plan adherence, WIP, lead time, aging production orders, and capacity utilization. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements. **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or related fields. * Basic conversational English. **Skills Required for the Ideal Candidate:** **Effective Communication:** * Applies tools and techniques to clearly convey and interpret ideas. * Understands its importance to business success. **Problem Solving:** * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic functions, and reporting). * Strong analytical thinking to address production, materials, and planning challenges. **Production Planning and Control:** * Minimum 1 year of experience within the supply chain. * Knowledge of an MRP system (SAP preferred). **Cross-Team Integration:** * Ability to effectively interact with customers and suppliers to anticipate and meet supply and demand requirements. * Ability to lead and coordinate teams and departments collaboratively. **Top Candidates Will Have:** * Intermediate conversational English. * SAP proficiency and knowledge. **Additional Information:** * Location: Santa Catarina. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedule flexibility. * 100% on-site work. * No national relocation support provided. * Please ensure your English CV is included in your Workday profile. **Final Details:** **We recommend regularly checking the email associated with your application, including the spam folder, as it is the primary communication channel.
