Join us and help deliver our portfolio to every corner! **Facilities Programmer** **Responsibilities** * Develop and deliver the maintenance program, allocating necessary resources for each work order. * Plan and set priorities jointly with execution teams based on the budget. * Manage and safeguard records generated from maintenance execution (providing feedback). * Monitor maintenance compliance KPIs. Input invoices for completed work into the SAP system. * **Requirements:** * Educational background: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture. * 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, crew management, and budget adherence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, AutoCAD, SAP, and supplier evaluation. * **Compensation Offer:** Competitive salary \+ benefits exceeding statutory requirements, growth opportunities.
