Job Summary: We are seeking an NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to lead the development and technical documentation of optical fiber products. Key Highlights: 1. New product development **EN FOM**, we are a leading company in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of optical fiber cables for the largest telecommunications companies in **Mexico, USA, Colombia, and Costa Rica.** **We are looking for: NPI ENGINEER** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development of concepts through technical datasheets * Creation of the bill of materials * Definition of the test matrix based on regulations and/or standards * Development of DFMEA * Development of PFMEA * Development of Standard Work Instructions * Preparation of the prototyping report * Development of general internal requirements for raw materials * Development of visual aids * Creation of the flowchart **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field * Knowledge of assembly manufacturing **(PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY)** * Availability to work **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **WE OFFER:** * Tax-free salary * Job stability and timely payment * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits * Development plan and career advancement paths **Are you interested?** **Apply now and join this outstanding team to achieve VALUABLE CONNECTIONS together!** Employment type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: Starting at $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support Work location: On-site employment
