The candidate will work with ChatGPT, prompt architecture, Base44, and basic programming concepts to improve existing platforms, resolve bugs, provide technical support, and propose continuous improvements to user experience, functionality, automation, and scalability. We do not seek someone who merely "knows how to use ChatGPT." **Requirements:** Academic background in artificial intelligence, technology, processes, systems, engineering, or manufacturing. Preferred fields include: Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics. Platforms focus on: an MRP-type / industrial operational control system, an enterprise social network / business community platform, and internal tools for administration, sales, operations, and customer service. Relevant courses or certifications (a plus). **Advanced proficiency in ChatGPT. Ability to create technical and functional prompts. Knowledge of or strong willingness to work with Base44.** **Understanding of business, industrial, and manufacturing processes.** **Basic programming knowledge.** Ability to work 100% remotely with accountability. Create new functionalities using well-structured prompts. Improve screens, workflows, forms, dashboards, and internal modules. Identify opportunities to make platforms more robust. Propose improvements to increase user count, adoption, and ease of use. AI and Prompts Use ChatGPT at an advanced level to generate solutions, prompts, analyses, and documentation. Design prompt architectures for development on Base44. Perform AI-driven analysis to detect errors, improvements, and opportunities. Research new ways to leverage AI for product, support, and process enhancement. Technical support and maintenance for internal users and clients. Identify, document, and track bugs. Test functionalities before release. Create user manuals, guides, and tutorials. Track tickets, errors, and enhancement requests. **Processes and Documentation:** Translate business, industrial, and manufacturing processes into digital workflows. Document processes, functionalities, errors, and solutions. Create test and validation checklists. Maintain orderly technical and operational information about the platforms. UI/UX and Quality: Ensure platforms appear professional, clean, and easy to use. Improve user experience. Identify confusing screens, complex workflows, or poorly executed designs. Prioritize aesthetics, organization, visual clarity, and usability. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** Not required to be a senior programmer, but must possess foundational understanding of: Basic JavaScript.
