You will be responsible for overseeing project progress and fostering teamwork, ensuring solution quality and timely delivery. **Requirements** \- Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field \- Experience leading teams (5\+ years) * Intermediate English \- Solid knowledge and background in software development Design patterns: singleton, adapter, builder Languages: Java, Python, C, Rust, Go Software lifecycle tools: Jira, TFS, Trello, Maven, GIT Code review: SonarQube Git/Github/Gitlab, CI/CD \- Experience with cloud (AWS) Container usage \- Excellent oral and written communication skills What We Value \- Technical Depth \- Ownership \- Impact Orientation \- Adaptability \- Adherence to work plans Work Location: Insurgentes Sur Work Arrangement: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (hybrid) *"Our selection processes are based solely on candidates’ competencies and potential.
