Opportunity for growth within an expanding firm VACANCY: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Location: Mexico City Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Position Type: Full-time \| On-site Salary: Competitive, based on experience \+ statutory benefits Job Description An architecture firm focused on functional, sustainable, and high-end design is seeking an Executive Assistant to directly support the General Management in the administrative and operational management of the studio. This position requires an organized, proactive individual with a high degree of discretion and strong communication skills, capable of coordinating multiple tasks with precision and professionalism. Main Responsibilities · Management and control of the executive calendar. · Coordination of internal and external meetings. · Client, supplier, and partner communication and follow-up. · Administration of documentation, contracts, and reports. · Support in administrative procedures, payments, and invoicing. · Organization of travel, events, and executive presentations. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. · Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Strong writing, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. · Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent presentation. · Experience in architecture firms, design studios, or creative industries is desirable.
