**RH HUNTING is seeking an Architect in Toluca, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------- ***CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT AS AN ARCHITECT!*** **Work Location**: San Jeronimo Chicahualco, Metepec. **Work Modality**: Office-based (70%) and field-based (30%). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (completed). * 2–5 years of experience in a similar position, focused on cost engineering as well as design and visualization. **Essential Knowledge in:** * AutoCAD (advanced level). * Opus/Neodata. * Modeling and rendering software (V\-RAY, LUMION, TWINMOTION or similar). * Project management software (PROYECT/PROJECT) **Responsibilities:** * Design and visualization: development of executive projects and creation of high-quality renders. * Cost engineering: preparation of cost estimates, forecasts, and detailed budgets. * On-site management: direct supervision of construction work, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. * Leadership: personnel management and coordination of crews/subcontractors. **Skills:** * Proficiency in specialized tools. * Proactivity. * Leadership ability. * Strong sense of responsibility for the comprehensive development of industrial projects. **Offer:** * Base salary of $20,000 net per month (paid biweekly). * Statutory benefits (effective from day one). * Opportunities for professional growth. * Induction and training. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Fixed weekend rest. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- Degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a10e1de5300005500ff87e4\&source\=indeed*
