User training and support **Job Description** ---------------------- Optimize SAP and systems through project management, user support, data analysis, and continuous improvement. * Project management. * Creation of Functional Specifications. * User support for SAP usage. * Execution of tests in SAP and new systems. * Training for internal and external users. * Review of Material and Supplier tickets via the Proactivanet tool. * User support (including senior management and external consultants). * Quality review and analysis of Master Data incidents. * Review of system improvements. * Preparation of executive presentations and reports. * Creation of user support manuals. * On-call support. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field. * SAP MM module (Material Master), Office. * SQL. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira, a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
