A banking-sector company in MEXICO CITY is seeking: Digital and IT Compliance Consultant **Essential Competencies:** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in activities related to **Digital and IT Technology Compliance**, including regulatory feasibility analysis for new information technology projects * Coordinate and execute Technical Annexes 52 and 12 stipulated in CNBV regulations * Provide advisory services to corporate functions, IT, Architecture, Information Security, and the CISO * Implement compliance with CNBV Chapter XI * Promote and implement controls for regulatory compliance * Manage and coordinate teams and departments to ensure adherence to the enterprise risk management framework * Apply the Anti-Money Laundering Prevention Manual * Experience in project administration and management processes * **Availability for domestic and international travel** Desirable * Certification as a systems auditor / IT governance auditor / information security auditor (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISP) is desirable **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure regulatory compliance in Digital and IT domains * Analyze, interpret, and apply CNBV regulations—particularly Chapter XI—to guarantee regulatory alignment of technological initiatives * Coordinate and execute CNBV Technical Annexes 52 and 12 * Plan, document, and track associated regulatory requirements, ensuring their correct implementation and evidentiary support * Assess regulatory feasibility of IT projects * Analyze new technology projects to identify risks, compliance gaps, and required controls prior to execution * Advise corporate and technology departments * Provide consultancy to IT, Architecture, Information Security, and the CISO on compliance, operational risk, and non-compliance prevention * Manage controls and coordinate multidisciplinary teams * Promote and implement regulatory controls, coordinating teams and departments to ensure compliance with the operational risk framework and the AML/CFT Manual We offer: * Work Mode: **On-site** * Address: Perif.
