We are currently seeking a **Flexo Printer** for a Mexican company dedicated to plastic manufacturing. **Job Objective** Ensure proper plastic printing processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Interpret production orders using mechanical drawings. * Correctly mount engraved plates according to drawings. * Mount rollers/sleeves onto the machine. * Validate startup runs with the Quality Department (tone, repeat length, registration, text). * Complete the printing logbook. * Clean and sanitize the work area and machine during the shift. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance orders. * Identify and inspect materials to be used (BOPP/CPP/Polyethylene). **Requirements** * Experience: 1 year operating central drum presses with 6 and 8 colors. * Education: Secondary school or high school diploma. * Knowledge of flexography (mandatory; screen printing experience will not be considered), anilox rolls, interpretation of mechanical drawings, and color/tone matching. * Self-management and results orientation. * Commitment to quality and ability to maintain an organized work environment. * Loyalty and commitment to the company. * Punctuality, organization, and responsibility. **We Offer** * Weekly salary: $2,800 (negotiable). * Statutory benefits from day one: IMSS, 15 days’ year-end bonus, 12 vacation days, and 25% vacation premium.
