WAREHOUSE MANAGER (DAIRY PRODUCTS, POULTRY AND JUICES) a) Execute the sales strategy to meet the assigned budget; b) Coordinate and supervise the sales force team composed of supervisors, salespeople, sales assistants, and promoters; c) Manage together with subordinate staff the warehouse operations and ensure product supply through placing orders to the plant, as well as proper inventory handling and care; d) Adhere to the fulfillment of the assigned expense target; e) Meet the assigned allowable shrinkage indicator; f) Ensure through their team that appropriate maintenance is performed on delivery units to guarantee safe routes; g) Monitor proper fuel supply for delivery units by meeting performance indicators; h) Verify that customers are served according to company-established procedures; i) Comply with administrative processes ensuring 100% sales revenue collection and zero balances; j) Guarantee maintenance of warehouse facilities; m) Report incidents involving personnel under their charge; k) Generate requested reports and information related to the distribution center Work tools: Utility vehicle Cell phone Laptop Statutory benefits \+ Monthly grocery vouchers Schedule availability: Mon\-Sat from 6:00 AM until end of routes.
