





° INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING ° FINANCIAL ENGINEERING ° IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY ° KNOWLEDGE OF FSSC 22000 CERTIFICATION Oversee all activities related to ensuring process quality within the company; analyze and design improvement plans to resolve identified errors. Responsible for formulating and disseminating the quality policies to be followed within the company, as well as ensuring compliance with established policies. Coordinate corresponding audit activities. 1. Ability to synthesize information, objectivity, and agility in decision-making. 2. Must be organized and meticulous in inspection and record-keeping. 3. Capable of establishing product traceability assertively. Provide support during the development of a Project Quality Plan. Align scheduled Quality Plan activities with the quality frameworks/standards followed by the organization. Execute activities outlined in the Quality Plan, verifying adherence to standards. Document and/or record quality assurance activities. Educate staff on these matters. Issue non-conformance reports. Conduct internal audits within the organization according to existing quality models. Perform inspections and process-area checklists. Lead or support organizational improvement projects, implementation of agreed-upon standards, and external certification processes. Facilitate resolution of non-conformances—or "findings"—from both external and internal audits (Project/Organization), escalating issues when they remain unresolved beyond the desired timeframe. Facilitate or lead the Customer Satisfaction Process (surveys, improvement action plans). Facilitate or lead the Customer Complaints/Felicitations Collection Process and Improvement Action Plans. Provide support in configuration management, if assigned to a project. Monitor the company’s quality policy. Track and annually redefine quality objectives and continuous improvement goals. Develop corrective and preventive actions based on recorded non-conformances. Coordinate staff training with Human Resources. Collaborate in documenting company procedures.
