Document these actions in the Complaint Pro system. - Coordinate meetings for root cause analysis and documentation of actions related to customer claims or significant quality issues within their lines of responsibility. **Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of machined products.**- Identify actual and potential product and process failure causes using statistical tools by analyzing data from inspection records, setup procedures, and product and process monitoring. - Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to review data shown on SPC charts for their responsible lines, identifying monthly, where applicable, special and common causes for processes that are neither stable nor capable, defining necessary corrective actions to transform them into controlled processes meeting specifications, ensuring actions are taken and evaluating their effectiveness. - Develop improvement plans and corrective actions as needed based on capability and stability values of characteristics controlled via SPC. **Ensure compliance with product and process specifications, consistency and updating of documentation, as well as adherence to it.**- Conduct process audits according to established procedures. - Prepare corresponding records: logs, indicators, CARs, PARs, RMAs, etc., to have information enabling understanding of process performance and facilitate decision-making. - Train auditors, new hires, and/or line personnel on Operation and Inspection Sheets, audits, Control Plans, gauges, indicators, etc., so that personnel understand the manufactured product must meet customer-defined specifications. - Manage supplier and/or customer deviations for materials within their areas of responsibility and ensure that once deviations are resolved, materials again meet defined specifications. - Daily capture and delivery of scrap. - Generate daily RPS reports for the top scrap source. - Train and certify new personnel within their areas of responsibility. **Receiving, handling, and recording scrap across the entire plant**- Receive and manage all plant scrap. - Validate scrap entries from all areas. - Generate scrap reports in APEX. - Record plant scrap daily. - Dispose of scrap when storage areas are full through weighing and destruction. **Communicate results to various departments.**- Attend and provide information for weekly Value Stream Map meetings (reports on internal and external PPMs, as well as scrap reports). - Perform LPAs according to monthly LPA programs. - Ensure accurate and timely entry of scrap data from their responsible lines into the Oracle system and report major daily issues to manufacturing to request corrective actions. - Complete monthly closures of applicable KPIs, as well as non-conforming material controls such as quality alerts, internal corrective actions, ISCARs and CARs in Complaint Pro, CPKs, and capability within the first 10 business days after each month-end.
