Land transportation company is seeking an Operations Manager to handle all functions including activities of 3 planners, generate reports, daily operation results reports, trip status, fuel control, vehicle control, reports from permit holders, trip logging, trip assignments, and delivery of evidence. Analyze operational results, identifying failures, trends, and improvements. Create, develop, and follow up on continuous improvement projects. Manage and plan transportation team activities for loaded returns. Lead the team to achieve objectives. Prepare weekly reports of completed trips. Supervise and control fuel usage for performance-based bonus payments. Register vehicles as available or unavailable for service. Monthly review and analysis of reports prepared by each department to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. It is important to have experience, understand the responsibility of the job and its outcomes, and have flexible availability to address unforeseen situations. We are located very close to the Toluca Central de Abastos market. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.
