We are looking for a Monitorist for TRANSPORTE Y SERVICIO ORIENTAL S.A. DE C.V. Your primary role will be to supervise and manage the vehicle fleet (tractor-trailers) through the platform. We need someone with problem-solving skills to address any unexpected situations that may arise during service. The job is on-site and requires being at the workplace during the established working hours. We need a reliable person with a positive attitude and effective communication skills with tractor-trailer operators, supervisors, managers, and all company personnel. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of operators, provide real-time tracking of unit locations, analyze data and detect incidents, communicate with involved personnel or relevant authorities, and maintain a pleasant environment during trips. You must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently, including handling emergency situations. Your ability to work as part of a team and your commitment to excellence in customer service will be highly valued.
