




**ADMINISTRATOR** We are looking for an Administrator for a small or medium-sized enterprise dedicated to industrial waste recycling, responsible for managing waste collection scheduling for customers, coordinating payments and collections, invoicing, as well as providing support in administrative tasks. Responsible for opening and closing the cash register, recording system entries, and preparing cash movement reports. **Profile** * Completed or incomplete degree or technical associate degree in Business Administration or related field. * Cash handling experience is essential. * Experience in logistics coordination of deliveries / collections. * Experience in administrative activities. * Intermediate level Excel skills. * Experience with invoicing systems and customer portals. * Excellent customer service, helpful and courteous. * Stable, responsible, honest, and proactive individual. **Responsibilities** * Schedule waste collection appointments for clients. * Request waste collections from various units and operators. * Manage cash register operations, receive and make cash payments to clients and suppliers. * Record cash transactions in the administrative system and prepare cash movement reports. * Issue invoices to clients and receive invoices from suppliers. * Provide customer service and send initial service information to interested parties via WhatsApp and social media. * Assist in administrative and accounting tasks. * Supervise cleanliness and order at the facilities. **Work Schedule and Location** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) * On-site work at Aeropuerto zone in El Marqués. * (Public transportation available right to the business entrance) **Compensation** * Net salary: $3,000 - $4,000 weekly, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Initial training Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience dealing with transportation operators?
