We are looking for a **Remote Revit 3D Designer / CAD Modeler** who can create clear, accurate 3D models and visuals so homeowners can understand what their project will look like before construction begins. About the Role This role is for someone with strong Revit skills and experience creating 3D models for **U.S. residential construction**, especially projects in the **Midwestern United States**. You will turn plans, sketches, photos, measurements, and project notes into clean 3D visuals for remodeling, additions, interiors, exteriors, and home improvement projects. Responsibilities * Create accurate 3D models using Revit. * Build residential models from plans, sketches, photos, measurements, and project notes. * Prepare client\-friendly views showing what the finished project will look like. * Create visuals for remodels, additions, interiors, exteriors, and home improvement projects. * Update Revit models based on feedback from the owner, team, or client. * Create simple renderings, views, or walkthrough\-style visuals when needed. * Keep Revit files clean, organized, and easy for the team to review. * Review project details and ask clear questions when information is missing. * Communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly. Requirements * Strong Revit experience. * Experience creating 3D models for residential construction, remodeling, or home design. * Experience working on **U.S. residential construction projects**. * Experience with **Midwestern U.S. home styles, remodeling projects, or construction standards** is strongly required. * Ability to read basic floor plans, construction drawings, sketches, and measurements. * Good written English communication. * Strong attention to detail. * Reliable internet and computer setup. * Able to work remotely and meet deadlines. * Organized, responsive, and able to work independently.
