**We currently provide podiatric care at over 10 branches within CDMX.** **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** **\- Net monthly salary starting at $9,000 to $10,000.** **\- Individual tips (can generate up to half or more of your base salary)** \- Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, etc.) from day one. \- Productivity bonuses. \- Job stability. \- Direct employment with the company. **WORK SCHEDULE:** **From 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM** **Monday through Sunday, with one fixed weekday off; no overtime shifts are covered.** **Work location:** **AV. SAN JERONIMO 819, inside Plaza Pasaje San Jerónimo** (near Unidad Independencia). **REQUIREMENTS:** **· Education: Completed high school diploma (mandatory).** **· Customer service experience (minimum one year).** \- Not currently studying or working, nor planning to begin studies soon. · No objection to wearing clinical uniforms and nursing-style hairstyles. \- This is a long-term position; candidates must seek job stability of more than two years. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Provide telephone, email, and in-person customer service. · Respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, branch locations, complaints, etc. · Accurately schedule appointments. . Collect payments for services and products. · Follow up on appointments and customer feedback. · Re-contact customers. · Submit daily productivity reports for the branch. · Assist with daily operational tasks at the branch. **IMPORTANT: Interviews are conducted in person at Av.
