In our ‘always on’ world, we believe it’s essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do. **Position Operator I/Operador I, Production Line****Report to Supervisor de Producción** **General Description:****Responsible for performing assembly, testing, packaging, shipping to warehouse, as well as process or production control reporting required to achieve production goals.** **Duties and Responsibilities:*** Responsible for following safety and hygiene rules and procedures. Report any unsafe act or condition to your immediate supervisor. * Perform operations according to instructions, visual aids, or applicable procedures. * Ensure assembled or manufactured products meet quality specifications or requirements. Follow applicable TL9000 procedures. * Meet applicable production standards. * For experienced operators, assist in training personnel according to applicable procedures. * Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in your work area per the 5S+1 program (Safety plus 5 S’s of order and cleanliness). * Prepare required production, process control, and other reports. * Participate in TEOA Operational Excellence activities. * This position/function must be responsible for understanding and adhering to the requirements of the Safety, Health, and Environment Management System, its Policy, and applicable standards and procedures. **Education:** Preferably Secondary School**Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position (preferred) **Skills:*** Communication: Ability to communicate openly with coworkers and your immediate supervisor. * Foreign language: Not applicable. * Office: Not applicable * Technical: Knowledge of manufacturing operations in your area (preferred) * Physical: Vision and strength appropriate to the operation performed.
