**What will you do?**
Coordinate, schedule, assign, execute, supervise, and control all maintenance activities under your responsibility.
**How will you do it?**
* Building Maintenance Manager.
* Coordinates maintenance activities for machinery.
* Ensures timely delivery of tools and machinery to production.
* Designs preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
* Supervises corrective maintenance work.
* Supervises building maintenance work, as well as that performed by contractors.
* Participates in and supports improvement, cost-saving, and manufacturing process change projects.
* Designs and generates downtime reports.
* Analyzes downtime and failure data to propose improvements to manufacturing processes.
* Determines overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
* Implements and manages maintenance software.
* Tracks sustainability metrics (lighting, water, and gas).
* Provides support for all environmental and safety-related matters.
* Responsible for activities related to JCMS.
* Conducts oneself in accordance with the company’s Code of Ethics and respects RIT and safety requirements.
**What are we looking for?**
* Completed engineering degree: Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
* Five years of experience in similar roles.
* English proficiency: 75%.
* Knowledge and experience in electromechanics and PLCs.
* Advanced expertise in electrical testing, PLC programming, and modification of test standards.
* Ability to interpret hydraulic and electrical control diagrams.
* Inventory control and management.
* Proficiency in MP2\ system.
* Proficiency in PC software: Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience with TPM, Kaizen processes, JIT, etc.
* Ability to work under pressure and goal-oriented performance capability.
* Knowledge of 8D methodology.
* Familiarity with ISO 14001\ standard.
* Knowledge of CI\-TRACK.

* Must promote continual improvement.
* Has the authority to report and take action regarding any situation that may affect the Management System.

* As an auditor of the Management System, has the authority to assess its effectiveness and compliance.
