This role is tasked with coordinating and overseeing penetration testing, vulnerability management, and advanced threat analysis functions, ensuring implemented strategies align with sector-specific financial risks and applicable regulatory frameworks. The Digital Cyber Intelligence Leader will be responsible for transforming information into actionable intelligence oriented toward strategic decision-making and incident prevention, as well as driving continuous improvement of security controls. Under their leadership, the Senior Pentest Specialist and Senior Vulnerability Specialist functions will be consolidated, integrating their findings into a proactive defense model that strengthens institutional resilience against increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks. **Responsibilities:** * Define and lead the digital cyber intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with security objectives, technological risks, and applicable regulations. * Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel under their responsibility, integrating findings into a cyber defense plan. * Lead vulnerability management programs, prioritizing identification, analysis, and remediation of critical risks across applications, infrastructure, and financial services. * Monitor and interpret information from internal and external sources (cyber intelligence, OSINT, Dark Web, specialized forums, threat intelligence providers) to anticipate emerging risks. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding cybersecurity. * Coordinate response to high-impact cybersecurity incidents, providing threat context and supporting rapid response to critical events. * Evaluate and recommend cyber intelligence, pentesting, and vulnerability management technologies, tools, and services to strengthen the institution’s security posture. * Review and validate the quality of technical reports generated by the team (pentesting, vulnerabilities, intelligence), ensuring they are complete, clear, and actionable. **Priority activities:** * Define and execute the digital cyber intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives. * Supervise and coordinate the pentesting and vulnerability management team, ensuring findings translate into effective action plans. * Monitor, analyze, and convert internal and external threat information into actionable intelligence to anticipate and prevent cyber risks. * Ensure timely response to high-level cybersecurity incidents, providing threat context and coordinating response with other departments. * Review and validate the quality of technical reports generated by the team (pentesting, vulnerabilities, intelligence), ensuring they are complete, clear, and actionable. **Occasional activities:** * Manual review of indicators of compromise and attack patterns detected by cyber intelligence tools. * Evaluate and select external vendors specializing in cyber intelligence, pentesting, or vulnerability management. * Lead Red Team/Blue Team simulations or cyber resilience exercises. **Knowledge and skills:** * Advanced knowledge of cyber intelligence and threat analysis. Proficiency with sources such as OSINT, Dark Web, MITRE ATT\&CK, and techniques for correlating indicators of compromise. * Management of offensive security and vulnerability programs. Ability to supervise penetration tests, vulnerability analyses, and remediation plans. * Leadership and coordination skills for specialized teams. Ability to lead and align teams, integrating their outputs into a strategic cyber intelligence vision. * Executive communication and strategic decision-making.
