**Terra Business Park, La Pradera, El Marqués, Querétaro \| On-site** **Job Description:** A company specializing in automotive interior conversions is seeking an Assembly Blacksmith \| Welder with an operational focus for custom metal structure fabrication in vehicles such as vans and SUVs. The role focuses on fabricating internal structures including seat bases, supports, partitions, and special components. **Job Objective:** Fabricate and assemble metal structures ensuring strength, precision, and proper integration within the vehicle, meeting deadlines and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Cutting, assembly, and welding of structures for SUVs * Custom part fabrication per vehicle unit * Interpretation of blueprints or technical instructions * Tack welding, assembly, and final welding * Direct structural adjustment on the vehicle unit * Verification of squareness, leveling, and alignment * Support in installation inside the vehicle * Field adaptations and adjustments * Coordination with production departments **Materials and Work Type:** * Handling of metal profiles, PTR, flat bars, sheet metal, and lightweight structures * Fabrication of functional structures for automotive interiors **Tools and Processes:** * Micro-wire (MIG) welding * Use of cutting, grinding, and assembly tools * Bench assembly and on-unit adjustment **Required Profile:** * Proficiency in MIG (micro-wire) welding * Experience assembling metal structures * Ability to work with real-world measurements and perform field adjustments * Experience moving assembled parts to final installation **Mandatory Requirements:** * Ability to build structures from scratch * Proficiency with squares, levels, and measurement tools * Operational profile; workshop-based work * Attention to detail and high-quality finishes **Conditions:** * 100% on-site work * Direct work in workshop and on vehicle units * Project-based contract with fixed salary * Statutory benefits * Possibility of continuation based on performance Job Type: Project-based or fixed-term Salary: $3,000\.00 \- $3,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Application Question(s): * Which welding processes do you handle, and which one are you most experienced with?
