**General Purpose of the Position:** Carry out import and export processes for goods in full compliance with applicable regulations, efficiently and promptly. **Gender:** No preference **Education and/or Training:** High school diploma or completed technical program **Main Job Functions (Primary Responsibilities):** * Manage accounts assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Review the correct completion of customs entry forms (pedimentos), according to the goods being registered. * Direct communication with the contact person designated by the client, to exchange information regarding the status of the goods in transit. * Attend courses and training sessions requested by the immediate supervisor to deliver quality service. * Comply with and implement applicable legal and regulatory provisions relevant to job functions. * Assign workloads to team members. * SADER and PROFEPA procedures **Skills and Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Annex 22: Instructions for completing customs entry forms (pedimentos). * Strong verbal communication skills. **Experience:** One year of experience in similar activities.
