Job Summary: Responsible for the efficient management of raw material stock to ensure its availability and physical integrity. Key Highlights: 1. IMPERQUIMIA Plant Tecámac, State of Mex. Job Objective. Ensure timely availability and physical integrity of raw materials through efficient stock management—from receipt at the plant, accurate recording of inventory movements, and application of control methods such as FIFO. FUNCTIONS Ensure alignment between physical stock and digital records in the company's system. Guarantee strict material rotation under the "First-In, First-Out" principle to prevent losses due to expiration. Monitor minimum and maximum raw material levels to prevent production line stoppages or inventory overstock. Conduct cyclic inventories, report stock levels, and justify any discrepancies. Supervise incoming raw materials, verifying quantities against shipping documents. Coordinate efficient dispatch of reserved materials to various plant departments according to production orders. Supervise assigned personnel (Foremen and Assistants) for precise weighing of materials required by production. Organize raw materials in the warehouse to optimize space and facilitate location. Monitor material condition and expiration dates, immediately reporting any anomalies. Propose and implement changes to documentation and workflows to improve warehouse sub-process efficiency.
