




Job Summary: Assist in warehouse activities, receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials to ensure timely deliveries to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Material registration and control. 2. Inventory preparation and stock management. 3. Dispatch coordination and warehouse order maintenance. Job Objective: Assist in warehouse activities, receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials, equipment, and tools to ensure timely deliveries to users. Main Functions: • Material registration. • Record material receipts and issuances. • Conduct inventory counts. • Receive materials required for construction projects. • Enter products into the system. • Maintain warehouse order and proper material storage. • Prepare and coordinate timely dispatches to various construction sites. • Monitor stock levels through selective and scheduled inventories, reporting directly to the supervisor. • Store and maintain materials according to their specific storage requirements. • Verify consistency between material issue vouchers and purchase orders. • Keep the supervisor informed regarding availability of materials deemed critical to company service operations. Requirements: • Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent). • 1–3 years of experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Inventory control experience.
