Job Summary: We are seeking a construction analyst to quantify volumes, validate executions, and adjust productivity rates, with experience in AutoCAD and Excel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quantification and validation of executed volumes in the field and drawings. 2. Integration of quantity take-off numbers with sketches, photos, and references. 3. Preparation and updating of unit price matrices. Quantify executed volumes (m³, m², ml, pieces, etc.). Collect information in the field or from drawings. Integrate quantity take-off numbers with sketches, photos, and references. Validate that executed work matches the item catalog. Basic knowledge of current market cost research. Adjust actual productivity rates and material consumption.
