Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Advisor to provide specialized technical consultation and commercial follow-up to customers regarding our adhesive, mortar, and coating products for the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical advice to customers on products and applications. 2. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions on product usage. 3. We are currently seeking the following position: Technical Advisor Job Objective To provide technical consultation and specialized customer support regarding product usage, application, and benefits—ensuring effective solutions and commercial follow-up to strengthen customer relationships and increase sales. Main Responsibilities Provide technical advice to customers on products and applications. Conduct product demonstrations and testing. Follow up on projects and customer requirements. Train customers and distributors on correct product usage. Prepare visit reports and commercial follow-up documentation. Address technical inquiries and resolve technical complaints. Coordinate with commercial and production departments. Requirements Education: Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical sales or technical advisory roles. Knowledge of construction materials, adhesives, construction, or industrial products (as applicable). Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel.
