We invite you to join our team: SALES COORDINATOR Coordinate, implement, and develop action plans enabling sales agents to assign housing according to company-established strategies, policies, and guidelines, thereby contributing to the weekly, monthly, and annual achievement of the sales plan. Responsibilities: Ensure implementation and monitoring of the weekly, monthly, and annual sales plan through action and work plans with sales advisors. Guarantee that housing advisors have the necessary tools to facilitate their sales activities at residential developments, sales offices, and/or housing fairs and events. Ensure sales agents maintain a work plan and conduct follow-up on prospects to formalize housing sales in the shortest possible time. Carry out all actions focused on implementing training and coaching programs for the sales force, as well as establishing performance indicators. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing. 4 years of experience in housing sales. Experience with various types of credit. Knowledge of sales techniques. INFONAVIT certification. Experience managing teams of more than 15 people. Knowledge of market research. Familiarity with the Enkontrol system. Flexible availability.
