Desired Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Responsibilities: • Customer and Visitor Service: Greet customers, suppliers, and visitors; provide general information; announce arrivals; maintain an orderly reception area. • Telephone and Communications Management: Answer incoming calls; screen and transfer calls; take messages. • Scheduling and Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments and meetings; coordinate meeting room usage. • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence (packages and physical mail); file documents; make photocopies; manage office supplies. • Security Control: Register visitor entry and exit to ensure facility security. • Supply Management: Verify that no cleaning supplies are missing and provide them to the cleaning staff. Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with one weekday day off. Work Location: Terralta Coto Residencial, La Paz 8704, Colinas De Baja California, 22647 Tijuana, B.C.
