Opportunity for growth and development in a positive work environment A company specializing in the manufacturing and design of carpentry, custom furniture, integrated kitchens, walk-in closets, and special projects is seeking a Project, Quality, and Process Supervisor, with operational support for transporting personnel and tools to job sites. We seek a proactive, responsible, and committed individual capable of coordinating work teams, optimizing production processes, and resolving issues in both workshop and on-site environments. Main Responsibilities: • Supervise quality of ongoing and completed work. • Read and interpret assembly and installation drawings. • Coordinate and monitor production processes in the workshop. • Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency. • Manage and coordinate operational personnel. • Resolve technical and operational problems. • Transport personnel to job sites. • Assist in overall workshop organization. Requirements: • Leadership and personnel management skills. • Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. • Responsible, punctual, and organized. • Valid driver’s license. • Availability for activities in both workshop and on-site environments. • Previous experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or related fields (preferred). • Ability to start as soon as possible. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00.
